OnDeck: Under
the News tab at the top of the main page, there is a new page
titled OnDeck. In this area from time to time will be videos or
photos to explain some of the things we are working on at the
Junior/Senior practices. ALL swimmers are encouraged to view
these videos, learn the drills, and get familiar with terminology.
If you are on Blue team (getting ready for Juniors), or Junior
getting ready for Senior Team - learn these drills, exercises,
terms - you WILL see them again.
Seniors - Keep doing what you are doing... You have seen most of
these, and will be seeing more and more of it in the coming months.
